OFFICIAL RULES

To enter this Sweepstakes, you must agree to and abide by these official rules (“Official Rules”).

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. You must have Internet access, an active e-mail and Disney account to participate.

ELIGIBILITY: The Disney Experiences We Came to Play Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and Washington, D.C. who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older) who are in attendance at the 2025 Congressional Black Caucus Foundation's Annual Legislative Conference in Washington, D.C. (“CBC Conference” or “Event”). Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six (6) months, performed services for Sponsor, The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, Administrator, any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising, or promoting the Sweepstakes or the CBC Conference (including presenters, performers and other talent appearing at the CBC Conference) and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated, and successor companies (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities"), and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses, regardless of where they live. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether related or not. Offered only in Washington, D.C.. Void elsewhere and where prohibited or restricted by law.

SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY: The Sweepstakes will be held at the Disney branded booth at the Event (the “Disney Activation”). The Event will start on or about 10:30 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on Wednesday, September 24, 2025 and end at 8:00 p.m. ET on Saturday, September 27, 2025 ("Promotion Period"). Administrator's computer is the official clock for this Sweepstakes. You must have an online Disney account to enter. During the Entry Period.

At the Disney Activation, a Disney brand ambassador will direct you to scan a QR code on your compatible mobile device*, or to a tablet (each a "Device"), which will bring you to https://www.WeCameToPlaySweepstakes.disneyexperiences.com (the "Website") and click the “Enter” button. You will need to log in using your Disney account (the “Account”) user name or e-mail address and password; or, if you do not have an online Disney account, you will need to create an account. You may create an account for free by visiting the Website, clicking on the “Create an Account” link and providing the requested information on the registration form through the “Create Your Disney Account” section on the Website.

CLICK THE CHECK BOX SIGNIFYING THAT YOU MEET THE SWEEPSTAKES ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS, HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE SPONSOR’S TERMS OF USE (HTTP://DISNEYTERMSOFUSE.COM/) AND PRIVACY POLICY (HTTP://DISNEYPRIVACYCENTER.COM). IF YOU DO NOT CHECK THE BOX INDICATING YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE ABOVE, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTERED IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND CANNOT WIN ANY PRIZE(S). Then, click the designated button to submit your entry. All entries must be received by September 27, 2025 at 8:00 PM ET. Normal internet access and usage charges imposed by your internet service provider will apply. It is your sole responsibility to notify the Sponsor of a change in your e-mail address.

During the entry process, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails and reminder e-mails from Sponsor. Consenting to receive promotional e-mails and reminder e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed upon in order to be eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes and does not improve your chances of winning. In the event you do consent to receive these e-mails, the use of such e-mails shall be subject to the privacy policy of Sponsor (https://privacy.thewaltdisneycompany.com/en/), and you may opt out of receiving these e-mails at any time.

Limit of one (1) entry per person regardless of the number of email addresses or accounts a person may have. A “day” is defined as starting at 12:00 AM ET and ending at 11:59 PM ET except for the first day (9/24/25) which will begin at 12:00 PM ET. Multiple entries and/or mass entry attempts will result in disqualification of all entries by such person. Entries must be manually key-stroked by the entrant; use of automated entry devices or programs, or entries by third parties are prohibited. Entries that do not conform to or that violate these Official Rules or are submitted in any manner other than stated in these Official Rules will be disqualified. Proof of submission of entry does not constitute proof of receipt of same. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator and Sponsor, which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

*IMPORTANT: Data rates may apply if Sweepstakes entry is submitted via your mobile device according to the terms and conditions of your service agreement with your wireless carrier. Other charges may apply (such as normal airtime and carrier charges as well as charges for wireless Internet access) and may appear on your mobile phone bill or be deducted from your prepaid account balance. RANDOM DRAWING/SELECTION OF WINNER/ODDS: Potential winners (each a “Winner”, collectively the “Winners”) will be selected from among all eligible entries received in a random drawing conducted by the Administrator at its offices in New York, NY, USA. The drawing will take place on or about September 29, 2025. The drawing will be conducted by Administrator, an independent judging organization/administrator whose decisions are final and binding on all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”):

GRAND PRIZE #1 (1 winner): Winner of Grand Prize #1 (“GP1 Winner”) will receive a 4-night or 5-day Bahamian or Caribbean Disney Cruise Line Vacation for GP1 Winner and up to three (3) guest(s) (each, a “GP1 Guest,” and with GP1 Winner collectively, the “GP1 Group”) to be taken aboard the Disney Dream, Disney Magic, Disney Wish, Disney Destiny or the Disney Fantasy ship (referred to herein as “GP1”). GP1 consists of the following:

One (1) stateroom aboard the Disney Dream, Disney Magic, or the Disney Fantasy (ship and location/category at the sole discretion of Disney Cruise Line) with a maximum occupancy of four (4) people;
All meals onboard the selected Disney Cruise Line Ship (excluding specialty and fine dining);
Pre-paid onboard gratuities for the stateroom host/hostess, dining room server, assistant server and head server; and
Taxes, Fees, and Port Expenses (as defined on the Disney Cruise Line website).

Additionally, only if GP1 Winner resides outside a 250-mile radius of the port of embarkation, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, GP1 Winner shall also receive the following:

Up to four (4) roundtrip coach airfares (with possible layovers) between the major U.S. gateway airport closest to the GP1 Winner’s residence (“GP1 Departure Airport”) and major U.S. gateway Airport closest to the Port of embarkation (“GP1 Arrival Airport”);
Ground transportation for up to four (4) persons or voucher(s) for local transportation from the GP1 Arrival Airport to the hotel, from the hotel to Port of embarkation, and from Port of debarkation to the GP1 Arrival Airport (at the discretion of Sponsor); and
One (1) standard room with a maximum occupancy of four (4) persons at a hotel (hotel selection at the discretion of Sponsor) for one (1) night prior to the ship’s departure.

If winner resides inside a 250-mile radius of the Port of embarkation, complimentary Port Parking for one (1) vehicle will be provided at the designated parking facility at the Port of embarkation (at the discretion of Sponsor);

The ARV of each GP1 is: TEN THOUSAND AND FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY UNITED STATES DOLLARS AND EIGHTY CENTS (US$10,550.80), which includes Taxes, Fees, and Port Expenses (as defined on the Disney Cruise Line website). The actual value of the GP1 may vary depending on location of GP1 Winner’s residence, point of departure, date, times of travel, and fluctuations of rates and airfares at the time of travel booking. Therefore, the actual value of the GP1 awarded may be lower or higher at the time it is fulfilled. If the actual value of the GP1 is less than stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded.

GP1 must be booked at least forty-five (45) days prior to the intended travel start date and travel must occur between November 26, 2025 and November 26, 2026 (the “GP1 Period”), subject to the following blockout dates: Disney Magic: 11/28/25; 12/19/25; 12/24/25; 12/28/25; Disney Fantasy 12/21/25; 12/26/25; 12/31/25; 03/15/26; 03/20/26; 03/29/26; 04/03/26; 06/10/26; 06/14/26; 06/19/26; 06/24/26; 06/28/26; 07/03/26; 07/08/26; 07/22/26; 07/26/26; 07/31/26; Disney Dream: 11/26/25; 12/22/25; 12/29/25; Disney Wish: 12/22/25; 12/29/25; 04/13/26; 04/20/26; 06/01/26; 06/08/26; 06/15/26; 06/22/26; 06/29/26; 07/06/26; 07/13/26; 07/20/26; 07/27/26; Disney Destiny: 11/28/25; 12/03/25; 12/11/25; 12/21/25; 12/30/25; 01/04/26; 01/12/26; 03/09/26; 03/14/26; 03/23/26; 03/28/26; 04/02/26; 04/06/26; 06/01/26; 06/06/26; 06/11/26; 06/15/26; 07/04/26; 07/09/26; 07/23/26; 07/13/26; 07/18/26; 07/27/26; 08/01/26. Such blockout dates are at the sole discretion of Disney Cruise Line and may be subject to change without notice. If travel is not completed by November 26, 2026, the prize will be forfeited without compensation of any kind. No changes will be made to travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor and Disney Cruise Line reserve the right to change the allowable travel dates, the GP1 Period, cruise ship or any other component of GP1, for any reason and in its sole discretion. No substitution of GP1 or any elements thereof is allowed, except at Sponsor or Disney Cruise Line’s sole discretion or where required by law. Ports of call, offerings and experiences onboard are subject to change, availability and cancellation without notice. Each GP1 Winner must provide Sponsor with three (3) possible travel dates; however, Sponsor’s decision as to actual travel dates is final and binding. Sponsor will attempt to accommodate each GP1 Winner’s preferred itinerary, but all specifics thereof will be at Sponsor’s discretion. If a potential GP1 Winner or GP1 Guest is unavailable to travel during designated timeframe for any reason, the GP1 will be forfeited without compensation of any kind and will NOT be awarded. Travel must be reserved through Sponsor’s agent, and Sponsor will determine airline, hotel, flight and ground transportation itinerary in its sole discretion. GP1 is for the respective GP1 Group). The GP1 Group must travel together on the same itinerary, and air transportation must be round-trip from/to the same Departure Airport/Arrival Airport (both as defined above), as chosen by Sponsor. Once selected by a GP1 Winner, GP1 Guests cannot be changed without the express consent of Sponsor, which may be withheld for any reason.

Minors under the age of eighteen (18) not traveling with a parent or legal guardian must be accompanied by an adult over the age of twenty-one (21) in the same stateroom. The parent or guardian of any minor not traveling with a parent or guardian must appoint an adult to have custody and control over their minor and to contract on their behalf in connection with the GP1. An appointment form will be included in the document package and must be signed by parent or legal guardian prior to embarkation at the Disney Cruise Line terminal.

GP1 fulfillment is subject to availability and restrictions at Disney Cruise Line and flight availability. Travel may not occur during cruise ship or airline block-out periods. GP1 may not be sold, traded, transferred, refunded, commissioned or redeemed for cash value. GP1 elements may not be substituted and vacations are non-commissionable. By accepting and receiving GP1, each member of the GP1 Group agree to abide by their Disney Cruise Line Cruise Contracts (as defined below) which can be found at https://disneycruise.disney.go.com/contracts-terms-safety/cruise-contract/united-states/. Furthermore, each member of the GP1 Group is solely responsible for providing proper citizenship documentation to travel which may include passports, valid alien registration cards and/or necessary visas. Those without proper citizenship documentation will be denied boarding. It is the GP1 Group’s responsibility to check with their travel agent, government agencies, embassies or consulates prior to their vacation to ensure that they have proper citizenship documentation. U.S. Citizens can also visit the State Department’s travel website at www.travel.state.gov, or call the U.S. National Passport Information Center at (877) 4USA-PPT for more information. Guests of all ages are strongly encouraged to obtain passports. Members of the GP1 Group are solely responsible for obtaining any and all necessary travel documents (valid photo I.D., passport, visa, credit card, etc.) before departure. Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges (e.g., room service, use of telephone/IT services, laundry and all other optional extra services not provided in GP1).

Each member of the GP1 Group will be required to execute one or more liability/publicity release and waiver forms prior to booking of any travel. Each member of the GP1 Group will also be required to sign the Disney Cruise Line cruise contract before embarkation (the “Cruise Contract”). The Cruise Contract is available at www.disneycruise.com/cruisecontract. Failure to return the executed release form or to accept and sign the Cruise Contract within the specified time periods will result in forfeiture of GP1. GP1 Winner agrees to be solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of their travel party, related to any use or misuse of GP1 or any related activity or travel. The GP1 Group are required to comply with Disney Cruise Line’s health and safety measures and operational guidelines. Persons not meeting embarkation requirements will be denied boarding. Visit www.disneycruise.com/updates for the latest information. Health and safety measures and operational guidelines, ports of call and offerings may change at any time without notice. Certain onboard venues, experiences and other offerings may be modified or unavailable, will have limited capacity and will be subject to limited availability, advance reservations or even closure.

Any and all costs or expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the GP1 Winner’s sole responsibility, including, but not limited to, round trip transportation between the GP1 Winner’s residence and the GP1 Departure Airport (if applicable), or round-trip transportation between GP1 Winner’s residence and the hotel (if applicable), or GP1 Winner’s transportation to the port of call (if applicable), any alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, fax, food, gratuities and tips, insurance, laundry service, merchandise, parking, room service, service charges, excursions, souvenirs, spa services, ship to shore communications (including internet), telephone calls and taxes which are not expressly included in the GP1; see description of Disney Cruise Line sailing above. Travel and lodging are subject to availability, certain restrictions, blockout dates and Sponsor’s approval as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Airline carrier and hotel regulations and conditions apply. Airline tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and are not valid for upgrades. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight or cruise. Sponsor and Disney Cruise Line are not liable, including for any costs or expenses, GP1 Group members (if a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, his/her parent or legal guardian) must sign one or more Releases and Indemnification and Publicity Releases (where allowed by law), prior to issuance of travel documents, which must be returned with the verification documents requested of GP1 Winner, or guest portion of the GP1 will be forfeited. If the GP1 Winner chooses to bring less than the allotted number of guests, the GP1 will be awarded in increments suitable for the actual number of participants with no substitute prize or compensation provided to the GP1 Winner. Itineraries and departure dates may be changed, cancelled, discontinued, delayed or postponed at any time and without prior notice. Sponsor and Disney Cruise Line are not liable, including for any costs or expenses, if any component of the GP1 is changed, cancelled, discontinued, delayed or for any reason and GP1 Winner will not be reimbursed, and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Promotion Entities will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen tickets, travel vouchers, gift cards or certificates. GP1 elements may not be separated. Airline tickets issued in conjunction with the GP1 are not eligible for frequent flyer miles, and no code share flights may be used. No one-way trips or upgrades allowed. Unless otherwise necessitated by Sponsor, no stopovers are permitted on tickets issued as the GP1; if a stopover otherwise occurs, the GP1 will terminate and full fare will be charged from the stopover point for the remaining trip segment(s), including the return. Once hotel/cruise accommodations and flight arrangements have been confirmed, no changes will be allowed except by Sponsor. GP1 Winner is solely responsible for any and all baggage charges, taxes and any other charges incurred after or in connection with the issuance of airline tickets. Promotion Entities are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay. GP1 cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer, and any unused element of the GP1 will be forfeited. If any portion of the GP1 is not available for any reason, then the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute that portion of the GP1 with another prize of comparable or greater value. If the GP1 Group cannot comply with these restrictions or any other portion of these Official Rules, the GP1 will be forfeited in its entirety and NOT awarded.

GP1 travel is subject to capacity controls, availability and certain other restrictions, which may include a Saturday night stay, all of which are subject to change. Airfare may not include government taxes, Passenger Facility Charge or September 11th Security Fee. Other travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. All airline tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. Sponsor reserves the right to structure travel routes in its sole discretion. The roundtrip air transportation element of the GP1 begins and ends at the point of departure. Other hotel fees are not included and if applicable may be payable at the time of check-out by the GP1 Group. In the event that any GP1 Group members engage in behavior that, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or is contrary to Sponsor’s (or its affiliates’) property rules or policies in effect at the time for the Disney Cruise Line, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the GP1 or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the GP1 Group members home with no further compensation. GP1 Winner acknowledges and agrees to be solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of any member of the GP1 Group.

Health and safety measures and operational guidelines, ports of call and offerings may change at any time without notice. Certain onboard venues, experiences and other offerings may be modified or unavailable, will have limited capacity and will be subject to limited availability, advance reservations or even closure.

In the event the GP1 Group engages in behavior that, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or is contrary to Sponsor’s health and safety protocols, rules or policies in effect at the time of the GP1, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the GP1 or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send the GP1 Group home with no further compensation. The GP1 Winner acknowledges and agrees to be solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of any member of the group.

Sponsor, its parent, related, affiliated, and subsidiary companies and their respective officers, directors agents, employees and assigns shall be released and discharged from any and all legal claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and/or causes of actions that arise out of and/or in any way related to the GP1, prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize and/or the promotion.

GP1 is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, being provided by Sponsor.

Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the GP1 Group, who will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of any prize valued at $600 or more.

GRAND PRIZE #2 (1 winner): Winner of Grand Prize #2 (“GP2 Winner”) will receive a 3-night vacation to Disneyland® Resort in Anaheim, California (“Resort”) for the GP2 Winner and up to three (3) guest(s) (each, a “GP2 Guest” and together with GP2 Winner, the “GP2 Group”). Grand Prize #2 shall be referred to herein as “GP2”. GP2 is subject to the conditions set forth below.

The GP2 consists of the following:

Up to four (4) round trip coach airfares for the GP2 Group between the major United States gateway airport closest to GP2 Winner's residence (“GP2 Departure Airport”) and a Southern California airport (“GP2 Arrival Airport”) as chosen by Disney (with possible layovers); provided, however, if the GP2 Winner resides within two hundred and fifty (250) miles of the Resort, airfare will not be provided (airports, airline carriers and flights to be selected by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion).
Up to four (4) round trip ground transfers for the GP2 Group between the GP2 Arrival Airport and the Resort; provided, however, if the GP2 Winner resides within two hundred and fifty (250) miles of the Resort, transfers will not be provided (ground transfers to be selected by Disney in its sole and absolute discretion).
Hotel accommodations for the GP2 Group (one (1) standard room/quad occupancy, including room tax, subject to certain room availability) for up to three (3) consecutive nights at a Resort hotel or Resort area hotel selected by Disney in its sole discretion (standard daily hotel parking at the Resort is not included unless GP2 Winner resides within two hundred and fifty (250) miles of the Resort, in which case standard daily hotel parking for one (1) vehicle will be included).
Up to four (4) 4-Day, 1-Park per day Disneyland® Resort tickets (subject to restrictions) for use by the GP2 Group for admission to Disneyland® Park or Disney California Adventure® Park, but not to both Parks on the same day (subject to restrictions). Both a theme park ticket and separate theme park reservation for the same park on the same date are required for park entry for each member of the GP2 Group. Theme park reservations and tickets will be required for each day of the visit and must be obtained before visiting.

ARV of each GP2: $6,342.00 which may vary depending upon point of departure. The ARV for the GP2 is an estimate made before the Promotion begins. Any difference between the ARV and the actual cost of the GP2 will not be awarded.

GP2 must be taken between November 26, 2025 and September 27, 2026 (the “GP2 Period”). If GP2 is not completed by September 27, 2026, the GP2 will be forfeited without compensation of any kind. Sponsor reserves the right to change the allowable dates, the GP2 Period, or any other component of GP2, for any reason and in its sole discretion. GP2 dates and accommodations are subject to availability; certain restrictions and block-out dates may apply. All components of GP2 must occur on consecutive nights. GP2 Winner must provide Sponsor with three (3) possible travel dates with at least forty-five (45) days advance notice prior to the earliest potential date of departure; however, Sponsor’s decision as to actual travel dates is final and binding. If potential GP2 Winner is unavailable to travel during designated timeframe for any reason, the GP2 will be forfeited without compensation of any kind and will NOT be awarded. Travel must be reserved through Sponsor’s agent, and Sponsor shall determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the GP2 Winner’s responsibility, including but not limited to: round trip transportation between the GP2 Winner’s residence and any airport of origin, round-trip transportation between GP2 Winner’s residence and the hotel if winner resides within 250 miles of the Resort, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, fax, food, gratuities and tips, insurance, laundry service, merchandise, parking, room service, service charges, excursions, souvenirs, spa services, telephone calls and taxes which are not expressly included in GP2. The actual value of the GP2 may vary depending on city of departure, date and times of travel, airfare fluctuations, number of travelers and Resort charges at the time of travel booking. Therefore, the actual value of the GP2 awarded may be lower or higher at the time it is fulfilled. If the actual value of the GP2 is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. Any depiction of the GP2 is for illustrative purposes only. Itineraries and departure dates may be changed, cancelled or discontinued by airline at any time and without prior notice to Sponsor. GP2 Winner may not charge any GP2 Guest for participating in GP2, and GP2 may not be used in conjunction with any promotion or offer, separated, sold, exchanged or redeemed for cash, traded, transferred, substituted, assigned, used for commercial purposes. GP2 is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, being provided by Sponsor. Promotion Entities will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen tickets, travel vouchers, gift cards or certificates. GP2 elements may not be separated and any unused element of the GP2 will be forfeited. GP2 is for the GP2 Winner and up to three (3) GP2 Guests of GP2 Winner’s choosing. Once GP2 Guests are selected by GP2 Winner, GP2 Guests cannot be changed without the express consent of Sponsor, which may be withheld for any reason. If the GP2 Winner chooses to bring less than the allotted number of GP2 Guests, the GP2 will be awarded in increments suitable for the actual number of participants with no substitute prize or compensation provided to the GP2 Winner. GP2 Group must travel together on the same itinerary and air transportation must be round-trip (with possible layovers) from the major commercial airport closest to the GP2 Winner’s residence, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Travel and lodging are subject to availability, certain restrictions, blockout dates and Sponsor’s approval as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. GP2 Winner is solely responsible for any and all baggage charges, taxes and any other charges incurred after or in connection with the issuance of airline tickets. Promotion Entities are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay/postponement.

Air transportation, ground transfers, and accommodations must be taken together by the GP2 Group and cannot be taken separately. No changes will be made to travel details once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. GP2 travel is subject to capacity controls, availability and certain other restrictions, which may include requirement of a Saturday-night stay, all of which are subject to change. Airfare may not include government taxes, Passenger Facility Charge or September 11th Security Fee. Other travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. All airline tickets are subject to the vagaries of flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. Sponsor reserves the right to structure travel routes in its sole discretion. The roundtrip air transportation element for any travel prize begins and ends at the point of departure. Other hotel fees are not included and if applicable may be payable at the time of check-out by the GP2 Group. In the event any members of the GP2 Group engage in behavior that, as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion, is obnoxious or threatening, illegal, is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or is contrary to Sponsor's (or its affiliates') property rules or policies in effect at the time for the Resort, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the GP2 or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, with no further compensation. GP2 Winner acknowledges and agrees to be solely responsible for any actions, claims or liabilities of any member of the GP2 Group.

GP2 Guest(s) (if a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence, his/her parent or legal guardian) must sign a release and indemnification and a publicity release (where allowed by law), prior to issuance of travel documents. If any GP2 Guest is a minor, the GP2 Winner or one of the GP2 Guests must be such minor’s parent or legal guardian. Members of the GP2 Group are solely responsible for obtaining any and all necessary travel documents (valid photo I.D., passport, visa, credit card, etc.) before departure. Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges (e.g., room service, use of telephone/IT services, laundry and all other optional extra services not provided in the GP2). Certain restrictions, as determined by Sponsor, may apply. Sponsor will attempt to accommodate GP2 Winner’s preferred itinerary, but all specifics thereof will be at Sponsor’s discretion. If members of the GP2 Group cannot comply with these restrictions or any other portion of these Official Rules, the GP2 will be forfeited in its entirety and NOT awarded. Flight details are subject to availability and airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply. The hotel accommodations and airline tickets will be determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor. If any portion of the GP2 is not available for any reason, then the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute that portion of the GP2 with another prize of comparable or greater value. Sponsor also reserves the right, in its sole discretion to change the time period in which the GP2 must be taken.

Theme parks, attractions and other offerings are subject to availability, closures, change or cancellation without notice or liability. Park admission, offerings and ticket options are not guaranteed. Certain parks, hotels, restaurants and other offerings may be modified or unavailable, limited in capacity, and subject to limited availability or closure. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, delay, or postpone any offering.

To visit the theme parks, theme park reservations via the Disney Park Pass system (https://disneyland.disney.go.com/experience-updates/park-reservations/) AND valid admission are required for the same theme park on the same date for each person in the GP2 Group ages 3 and up. Reservations are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until a reservation is finalized. A park reservation must be made for each day of entry.

An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. By accepting and using GP2 and visiting the Resort, the GP2 Winner and GP2 Guests voluntarily assume all risks related in any way to exposure to COVID-19, and any other communicable or infectious disease. The GP2 Winner and GP2 Guests must comply with all theme park rules and regulations, including any public health restrictions. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such portion(s) of the GP2. Disney reserves the right to remove or deny entry to the GP2 Winner and/or any of the GP2 Guests who do not comply with any health restrictions imposed by any government, or Disney. The GP2 Winner and GP2 Guests are also responsible for understanding and complying with any COVID-19 travel restrictions. There may be specific state or government health agency instructions, guidelines and requirements for all visitors to the Resort. The GP2 Winner and GP2 Guests are solely responsible, at their own cost, for staying updated on and complying with any of the latest restrictions and requirements that may be in place for travel to and visiting the Resort.

GRAND PRIZE #3 (1 winner): Winner of Grand Prize #3 (“GP3 Winner”) will receive a 4-night vacation for the GP3 Winner and up to three (3) guest(s) (each, a “GP3 Guest,” and with GP3 Winner collectively, the “GP3 Group”) to Walt Disney World® Resort (“GP3”). The GP3 is subject to the conditions set forth below.

The GP3 package consists of the following:

Up to four (4) round trip coach airfares for the GP3 Group between the major United States gateway airport closest to winner's residence (“GP3 Departure Airport”) and Orlando International Airport (“GP3 Arrival Airport”) with possible layovers; provided, however, if the GP3 Winner resides within two hundred and fifty (250) miles of the Walt Disney World® Resort, such airfare will not be provided (airports, airline carriers and flights to be selected by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion).

Room accommodations consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum capacity of four (4) persons) for four (4) night(s) at a hotel at the Walt Disney World® Resort selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; based on availability.
Up to four (4) 5-Day Walt Disney World® Resort Theme Park Tickets with Park Hopper® Option. Both a theme park ticket and separate theme park reservation for the same park on the same date may be required for park entry for the winner and each GP3 Guest. Theme Park reservations and tickets may be required for each day of the visit. Tickets must be obtained before visiting.
One (1) Disney Gift Card with a value of THREE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (US$300.00). Subject to restrictions.

ARV of each GP3 is: EIGHT THOUSAND SEVEN-HUNDRED EIGHTY-THREE UNITED STATES DOLLARS AND FIFTY SIX CENTS (US$8,783.56) which may vary depending upon point of departure and GP3 Winner’s residence. The ARV for the GP3 is an estimate made before the Promotion start date. Any difference between the ARV and the actual cost of the GP3 will not be awarded.

GP3 must be taken between November 26, 2025 and September 30, 2026 (the “GP3 Period”). If GP3 is not completed by September 30, 2026, the GP3 will be forfeited without compensation of any kind. Sponsor reserves the right to change the allowable dates, the GP3 Period, or any other component of GP3, for any reason and in its sole discretion. GP3 dates and accommodations are subject to availability; certain restrictions and block-out dates may apply. All components of the GP3 must occur on consecutive nights. GP3 Winner must provide Sponsor with three (3) possible travel dates with at least forty-five (45) days advance notice prior to the earliest potential date of departure; however, Sponsor’s decision as to actual travel dates is final and binding. If potential GP3 Winner is unavailable to travel during designated timeframe for any reason, the GP3 will be forfeited without compensation of any kind and will NOT be awarded. Travel must be reserved through Sponsor’s agent, and Sponsor in its sole discretion shall determine airline and flight itinerary. All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included and are solely the GP3 Winner’s responsibility, including but not limited to: if winner resides within 250 miles of the Walt Disney World® Resort, the round trip transportation between the GP3 Winner’s residence and any airport of origin, or round-trip transportation between GP3 Winner’s residence and the hotel, any alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, fax, food, gratuities and tips, insurance, laundry service, merchandise, parking, room service, service charges, excursions, souvenirs, spa services, telephone calls and taxes which are not expressly included in the GP3. Total ARV of all prizes: TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND AND SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY-SIX UNITED STATES DOLLARS AND THIRTY-SIX CENTS (US$25,676.36)

Limit of one (1) prize per person/family/household. All federal, state, local and other taxes are the sole responsibility of each winner. Each winner will be issued an IRS 1099 Tax Form reflecting value of prize and agrees to fully cooperate with Sponsor and its agencies as to the reporting of prize award to all applicable governmental authorities, including provision of his/her Social Security Number via IRS W9 Tax Form. If a winner is a Non-resident of California, he/she/they will be subject to the California withholding tax of 7% of the respective prize value.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential Winners will be notified by e-mail on or about September 29, 2025 and will be required to complete, sign and return within three (3) business days of date on notification an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Indemnification, a Publicity Release where allowed by law, as well as other documents that Sponsor may require (collectively, "Prize Claim Documents"). Failure to respond to the initial notification within three (3) business days after notification, return of e-mail notification as undeliverable after two (2) attempts, or failure to return the completed and signed Prize Claim Documents within the indicated time period will result in disqualification, prize forfeiture and selection of an alternate potential Prize Winner from among all remaining eligible entries received.

If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failures beyond Sponsor’s control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes (including entries or otherwise), Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual, whether or not the individual is a participant in the Sweepstakes, who tampers with the entry process, and to terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. DISPUTES. To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or the awarding of the Prize (including, without limitation, the Prize and/or its use thereof) shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the Circuit Court of Orange County in the State of Florida (or if the Circuit Court does not have jurisdiction over the subject matter thereof, then to such other court sitting in such county having subject matter jurisdiction); (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
